Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty Coverage

All our Performance and Focus products come with a comprehensive warranty that covers:

  • Manufacturing defects - Any defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural integrity - Issues with product construction
  • Functionality - Problems affecting product performance
  • Safety concerns - Any safety-related issues

The warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. The warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or accidents
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage from exposure to extreme conditions
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
  • Paddles received as prizes, gifts, or promotional items.
  • Paddles bought from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces.
  • Paddles that were previously used or sold as second-hand.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out to our customer service team with your order details and description of the issue.

Step 2: Provide Evidence

Send photos or videos showing the defect clearly. Include your order number and purchase date.

Step 3: Assessment

Our team will review your claim within 5 business days and provide a resolution.

Return Policy

7-Day "Love It or Return It" Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Note: This policy applies to Focus and Performance tiers paddles orders within Malaysia only. International returns may have different terms.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Ship Back

Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us to the address provided by our customer service team.

Step 3: Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time: We will need 3-5 business days to inspect the product and another 5-7 business days to process the refund.

We will be able to refund the cost of return shipping cost of up to RM20 for valid returns within Malaysia.
